Three-Michelin-star restaurants in Europe's great cities (2026)

Three stars means, in Michelin's words, exceptional cuisine worth a special journey. These are the 25 three-star restaurants in the cities of the Atlas, from palace dining rooms in Paris and London to Vienna, Monaco, Milan, Madrid and Rome.

How to get a table

Most three-star restaurants open reservations one to three months ahead, often on a fixed day each month. Lunch is usually easier to book than dinner, and many restaurants close on Sunday and Monday. A jacket is expected in the grand hotel dining rooms.
